Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. is family owned and operated. It was founded in 1963, by Emil Glukler (seen below - c 1972 - 3. Left side back row, with hat). Born in Switzerland and trained as a Pastry Chef, Emil immigrated to Canada and began Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. Initially, Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. found manufacturing space in the basement of B.C. Ice & Cold Storage and began with a small client base. From this modest start, the company has expanded to a firm with customers across Canada and in the United States..
We have sales representatives in all provinces west of Ontario and distribute across Canada and into many parts of the continental US.
